Description
A colour slide of a float in the Tauranga Orange Festival parade depicting a fairytale house. The house has a thatched roof and the walls have hollyhocks and ivy painted on the walls. Seated on the step of the house are two boys dressed in orange and green representing elves and wearing black fake beards. The float has a label 'Rothmans 10 Float Parade' and comes from Ōmokoroa. Amongst the orange branches behind the house are standing five people dressed in green, yellow or orange costumes with white cotton wool beards. A lamb is also present.
