Description
A black and white print showing people on a beach. The photograph was taken from Moturiki, Mount Maunganui, looking back at the main beach. Handwritten on reverse 'Railway excursion at Mount Maunganui 1935'. This was an annual event with railway employees brought from Hamilton on a special train for the day.
