Description
A black and white print showing Mrs Winifred Dumbleton and her daughter Phyllis sitting inside a large tent that is anchored by ropes to surrounding Kanuka trees. Winifred is wearing a dress with a light coat over it and buttoned shoes. The dog “Jock” sits at her feet. Camp beds, rugs and a hurricane lantern complete the scene. The locality is unknown. Phyllis appears to be an eleven or twelve year old and is wearing a brightly patterned shirt and sitting on the ground. A panama hat lies on the camp bed.
