Description
A vertical weatherboard house located at 83 Seventh Avenue. Originally Maori Boys’ School. Modified by architect Fitzgibbon Louch who lived there. In 1990s owned by a Mrs Glover, later the Scott family. Remains a family home (extant 2021). Category 2 registration with Heritage NZ.

One of seventy photographs of buildings within the Te Papa Peninsula taken by Lyn Harpham in 1995 and 1999. Lyn Harpham was a historian and recipient of the Tauranga Heritage Award. Accompanying the images are handwritten notes made by Lyn and a brochure printed as a guide to a bus tour of the homes conducted by Lyn on 4 December 1995.
