Description
Known as “Minden” and located in Spring Street between Cameron Road & Durham Street. Art Deco style built for Mr Lindsay in 1950s. He was a dress shop owner in former Spring Street Mall. Part of the Craigs Investment Partners building is located on the site (extant 2021).
One of seventy photographs of buildings within the Te Papa Peninsula taken by Lyn Harpham in 1995 and 1999. Lyn Harpham was a historian and recipient of the Tauranga Heritage Award. Accompanying the images are handwritten notes made by Lyn and a brochure printed as a guide to a bus tour of the homes conducted by Lyn on 4 December 1995.
