Description
A two-story building located in the Tauranga Police Station, Monmouth Street. Built by Constable Fred Lockie in the 1940/50s and then occupied by Mr & Mrs Lamport before it became an office. Demolished in 2012 for a new Police Station.

One of seventy photographs of buildings within the Te Papa Peninsula taken by Lyn Harpham in 1995 and 1999. Lyn Harpham was a historian and recipient of the Tauranga Heritage Award. Accompanying the images are handwritten notes made by Lyn and a brochure printed as a guide to a bus tour of the homes conducted by Lyn on 4 December 1995.
