Description
St Peter’s Presbyterian Manse built in 1901 and located on the corner of Spring and Selwyn Streest. Large weatherboard and iron roof villa. Believed to have housed ministers and their families until around the 1980s. Had restoration work done on it in 2016-2017. Currently used for church social services (extant 2021).

One of seventy photographs of buildings within the Te Papa Peninsula taken by Lyn Harpham in 1995 and 1999. Lyn Harpham was a historian and recipient of the Tauranga Heritage Award. Accompanying the images are handwritten notes made by Lyn and a brochure printed as a guide to a bus tour of the homes conducted by Lyn on 4 December 1995.
