Description
Art Deco house located at 22 Twelfth Avenue (now 22A Twelfth Avenue). Half front rounded with top of façade stepped and three straight line motif above window. Painted white.
One of seventy photographs of buildings within the Te Papa Peninsula taken by Lyn Harpham in 1995 and 1999. Lyn Harpham was a historian and recipient of the Tauranga Heritage Award. Accompanying the images are handwritten notes made by Lyn and a brochure printed as a guide to a bus tour of the homes conducted by Lyn on 4 December 1995.
