Description
Margaret O’Reilly and Philip Evered Johnston’s wedding. Philip (1915-2003) married Margaret (1913-2001), 3 May 1947 after he had returned from WW2. Margaret wore a long white dress with a train and a long veil and carried a bouquet. Philip wore a dark suit. They are standing in front of shrubs. Stamped on reverse is “Batchelor’s Candid Studio, 112 Market Street, Hastings”.
