A colour photograph taken looking directly down from Mauao onto the two tower blocks of apartments on the corner of Adams Avenue and Marine Parade. Other apartments and dwellings can be seen as far as Hukukiore (Mount Drury). The Main Beach is visible and the Norfolk Pines along the foreshore. There are further buildings visible in the background.
