A black and white photograph showing a flooded street. A car is stopped in the floodwater and children are milling around a rubber raft - some are seated and some are standing. One person is polding several gutted fish on a wire. Ducks are swimming nearby. Handwritten on the reverse "Maunganui Road, flood east side c. 1950s".
