Description
A peach crepe de chene tea dress. The dress has a cream lace collar in the filigree style which is backed onto net. There is a sash at the waist and the skirt is gathered with two rows of hem. There is stitching around the base border. The sleeves are full and have cuffs fitted which are turned up and may have been altered. There is hem stitch on the shoulder lines and around the neck and back yoke. There is evidence that it had a bustle attached. The dress has silk ties and grosgrain ribbon in the base of the back. Fragile.
