Description
A Kodak Brownie Reflex Synchro model with a twin-lens reflex pattern and large finder with folding hood. Uses 127 film for 12 exposures. Tripod bush on base. The viewfinder at the top of the camera was intended for waist level use.

This camera is part of the Alf Rendell collection. A photographer and camera shop owner from the 1930s until his retirement in the 1970s, Alf Rendell has captured many important images of Tauranga and the wider region. In 2016 the Toi Ohomai Alf Rendell Photography Scholarship was established.
