Description
A light blue dress that is below the knee in length. The dress is buttoned down the front with five concealed buttons from below the waist. Above the waist there are three large gold coloured buttons. The belt is self covered with a plastic buckle. The dress has short sleeves with turn back cuffs. There are buttoned epaulettes. The skirt is gored.
